I have always told my friends about the smartness of Africans, especially Nigerians. They look at a system and in a matter of few iterations( repetition of a process) with the system they will find a loophole. This is a sure fact because I have seen some bypass the system. Now the question is are we, bad people? The answer is a resounding NO. However, the question is what can industry leaders do to curb these challenges? In my POV it's just two things; Industry leaders should innovate with constant change and hire the smartest minds, especially those dubbed as "Street boys". In the end, it's everybody's job to work towards having an effective and efficient product that serves its intended purpose.
